Zen Radar is a free, subscriber-only meta-service that adds album art links to common last.fm feeds.
If an album is set for a track in the feed last.fm provides, Zen Radar will attempt to find the album using other last.fm feeds.
Subscribed users have the ability to change album info, so their custom album data will be reflected in their feeds whenever tracks from that album are scrobbled.
