Vezha Khmar (ukr. Tower of the Rainclouds) - ukrainian ritual ambient band with female whispering vocal. Formed in 1997 after the break-up of Мёртвые Вельда, Vezha Khmar had two core members: sisters Oleksandra and Valentina Sizevich, also known as Слепая (Slepaya, A blind one) and Glen. Oleksandra sung, played keyboard and wrote lyrics, Valentina wrote lyrics, played bass guitar and keyboard. In 1998 the band was joined by vocalist and lyricist Елена Лукина and keyboardist Aleksey.
