HEARTFUL is the fifth album released by AAA. The album came in five versions: a CD+DVD edition, a CD Only edition and a three mu-mo editions. The first press of both versions came with an AAA trading card. Additionally, the first press of the CD Only version came with a photobook, and first press of mu-mo version came with a microSD and AAA Music Adapter. The album reached #3 on the Oricon weekly charts and sold 50,543 copies.

AAA (pronounced as Triple A (トリプル・エー); a backronym for Attack All Around) is a Japanese pop group under Avex Trax which debuted in September 2005. AAA has five members: Nishijima Takahiro (Nissy), Uno Misako (宇野実彩子), Hidaka Mitsuhiro (SKY-HI), Sueyoshi Shuta (末吉秀太) and Atae Shinjiro (SHINJIRO ATAE (from AAA)).
