One of several songs released in advance of 32 Levels, the long-awaited full-length debut by New Jersey producer Michael Volpe, a.k.a. Clams Casino, “All Nite” features an ice-cold vocal performance by Long Beach rapper Vince Staples. As Volpe told Pitchfork, the track was recorded before sessions for Staples' 2015 debut Summertime ‘06, which includes three tracks produced by Clams Casino. “All Nite” finds Staples referencing the “Norf side” of his hometown—territory the former Crip explored in vivid detail on the Clams-produced Summertime standout “Norf, Norf.”
