“GOD DID” is the album-titled track for Khaled’s thirteenth studio album. The song features Rick Ross, Jay-Z, Lil Wayne, John Legend, and Fridayy.
On the track, the artists reflect on their lifestyle and careers and how various influences have impacted both them and those around them, both in and outside of hip-hop. Jay-Z’s verse is the longest of the three, which was to be expected after Khaled said it would be the verse of the decade, as he details his past life as a drug dealer and analyzes the current state of his career.
