"Champagne for My Real Friends, Real Pain for My Sham Friends" is the 9th track on Fall Out Boy's sophomore album From Under the Cork Tree (2005). The title is a quote commonly attributed to singer-songwriter Tom Waits. An episode of the show One Tree Hill was actually named after this song (season 3, episode 7). Pete Wentz would often appear in the show for cameo roles.
