Helix will never be known as progressive or thinking man's metal but who cares?! This is a great solid album filled with heavy riffs, searing solos, and the fine vocals of one Brian Vollmer. I have fond memories of listening to the cassette over and over back in the mid 80s. My favorite tracks are Young & Wreckless, 6 strings 9 lives, and You Keep Me Rockin. There is not one bad song on here. No Rest For The Wicked is another great album from this good time Canadian band. It's a shame that guitarist Paul Hackman passed away. Rest In Peace.
