The first single from Kråkesølv's debut album Trådnøsting. The title is inspired by Jeppe Hein's interactive sculpture "Private Rain" in Bodø. Working titles for the song include "En ny ponni", "Test" and "Moloen". "Privat regn" is also known as "Privis" between the band and Yngve Hilmo (of Snöras and Lukestar fame). The Norwegian radio show "Banden" made a story about the song and Hein's sculpture in December 2009. The clip can be heard here.
