This song is about Richard McCaslin, a vigilante who invaded the Bohemian Grove, a campground which often pays host to powerful political leaders and others located in Sonoma County, California. McCaslin entered the grounds wearing a blue jumpsuit with the words "Phantom Patriot" written in red marker across the chest and a skull mask. Finding no one on the site, he unsuccessfully attempted to burn down a few buildings and spent the night in one of the cabins before being peacefully apprehended by local police the next day.
