“Street Dreams II” is the sequel to “Street Dreams,” a track that Logic never officially released, but wishes he had been able to. He used the song to pay homage to Big L, who Logic has mentioned to be one of the key influencers as he honed in on his craft of rapping. Similar to its predecessor, Logic creates a fictional story about a series of events. He robs a store with his in-house producer, 6ix, similar to he was with his ex-friend, Shy Grey (aka Castro) in the first song, and pulls off other mischievous acts, but in the end, it’s revealed to be a dream.
