It's a song about a girl who is atractive and it's a kind of curse, however it's not her fault she can’t buy her own drinks and be self-sufficient due to a low paying (or no) job. It isn’t the girl’s fault that someone finds her attractive but she won’t return their advances – so out of shame and/or denial they blame it on her for lack of a better excuse. It’s a typical instance of ‘slut shaming’.
