Anxious Disease is the first and only album by the rock band The Outpatience, released in 1996 in Japan. The album feature several guest appearances, most notably from Guns N' Roses members, with whom West Arkeen co-write several several songs in 1985. Soon after the release the founder of the band West Arkeen died from an overdose. The Album was rereleased posthumously in 2004 in US and Europe.

THE OUTPATIENCE is a band that was formed by guitarist West Arkeen. Most people will not be familiar with this name, but he wrote songs for Guns N' Roses, Asphalt Ballet and Brother Cane. He now decided it was time to form his own band and on this release he recruited some guest players that include Slash, Steve Stevens, Axl Rose, Duff McKagan and Izzy Stradlin.
