“Who’s That Man Walking ‘Round My Garden” is a bright and punchy rocker that finds Jakob Dylan telling the tale of a hard-working man who seems to grow increasingly paranoid about — as the title suggests — a strange man wandering around his garden. The track was the third song The Wallflowers released from their 2021 album Exit Wounds. Two other tracks from the album were pre-released: “Maybe Your Heart’s Not in It No More” in May 2021 and “Roots and Wings” in April 2021, with the full album being released in July 2021.
