"The HIV Song" is a song about the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) and acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS) viruses. The only lyrics hilariously sung in a monotone voice are the virus's acronyms. The song's hypothesis was born after Guy Heller (Dickie Moist) said to Deaner as quoted: "Man, I just wish I had a fuckin' megaphone. I'd just like to fuckin' make an announcement and say, 'AIDS! HIV! Cancer!'"
