What do you mean "expensive" ? they could play stadium, and instead they are playing medium size club. It's not just a music event, it's a SHOW with lots of sound and fantastic video effects. If you can go - go. Could be the last chance to see them in a club, not in a Madison Square Garden.

I saw them last night. I'd pay double. I would go again, but have no more energy. Their music just covers you. So atmospheric. I love it. Saw them at the Roseland in 2006. Similar experience. They are truly unique and have many different sounds. This show was louder than the Roseland which was good, but also just as groovy, and dancy, and featuring all of these different vocalists with excellent timing. It was fab.

I would argue: 1) because they think they can get away with it, and 2) because they're "bigger" than most other bands that play T5. Just look at who's playing before them, Jonsi (who's charging $35) and Gossip (who's charging $28). Obviously Massive Attack is bigger/more important/has a wider fan base than these acts, so they charge more.
