Christian Löffler

Christian Löffler is a German producer, composer, and DJ who is considered one of the leading figures in the new wave of emotional electronic music. His music is a blend of euphoria and melancholy, as well as a certain inhospitable aura that allows him to connect with the Baltic Sea and the northeastern German geography where he grew up.

With his last two works, he has continued to raise the bar: "Lys" (2020) and the incredibly surprising "Parallels: Shellac Reworks" (2021), the latter being an experimental and electronic homage to classical composers such as Beethoven, Bach, Chopin, Wagner, Smetana, and Bizet, where he reworks some of their orchestral pieces and brings them into his realm of downtempo landscapes.
