Lineup:
GAMA BOMB - "Raw, introspective, emotional, these are words which do not apply to Gama Bomb in any way." Hard hitting Irish thrash with a sound drawn from the classic bands of the genre.
BÖLZER- With their very own blend of Black and Death Metal the Swiss duo channels the raw power of nature- brilliant live band, with their first ever Scotland show!
Fen - Atmospheric Black Metal mixed with Post-Rock influences forms a gripping and haunting combination. Fen will be our second stage headliners this time around and we are very happy to have a band of their caliber added to the Line-Up.
Mael Mordha - Veteran celtic doom quartet, fusing epic doom with the laments and elegies of Irish folk music to carve from the air an atmosphere thick with ancestral woe.
Cancerous Womb - One of Britain's Death Metal institutions for years Cancerous Womb are ready to tear Glasgow a new one yet again, after their last show supporting the mighty Morbid Angel. Fans of old school Death/Grind, lots of moshing and headbanging should not miss this one!
Cnoc An Tursa - Cnoc have gained a reputation across the world for their unique symphonic black metal style, infused with the spirits of ancient Scottish legends and finely complimented by tight, melodic lead guitar work.
Saor - After two albums that made it into many an end-of-year list, the folk-black project play one of their first live shows ever at NOTW 2015 with experienced musicians from Wodensthrone, Cnoc an Tursa and Falloch.
Risen Prophecy - Hailing from Newcastle and presenting a powerful mixture of classic Thrash and US Power Metal in the vein of Iced Earth, Crescent Shield or Jag Panzer, Risen Prophecy will provide both fist pumping chorusses as well as rotor-banging riff monsters.
Scumpulse - Crust/punk inflected black metal from Edinburgh.
Buried Sleeper- Glasgow based Doom/Sludge commanders, sometimes psychedelic sometimes crushing.
Pyre of the Earth - Glasgow's Doomy answer to Jex Thoth, The Devils Blood or Blood Ceremony will open the festival and set the mood with their psychedelia infused Doom-Metal. Think Jefferson Airplane meets Sleep and you get the idea.
