There are multiple artists that use the name 佐々木久美.
1. 佐々木久美 (Kumi Sasaki) is a mixed race singer active since the 1970s. While she is probably most known as the performer to the Mirai Sentai Timeranger theme song, she has also provided backing vocals for many big names in j-pop. Such acts include SMAP and 竹内まりや (Mariya Takeuchi).
Sasaki also provides backing vocals to various big hits in the anime and tokusatsu world such as the themes to Hyakujuu Sentai Gaoranger, Avataro Sentai Donbrothers, Futari wa Precure and One Piece.
Her daughter, 佐々木詩織 (Shiori Sasaki) is also a singer and has followed in her mom's footsteps by also providing backing vocals for big artists and shows.
2. 佐々木久美 (Kumi Sasaki, born 1996) is a Japanese idol and member of the group 日向坂46 (Hinatazaka46).
