憂鬱 (YU-UTSU) is a synthwave/chillwave/vaporwave/ambient producer likely based in either Japan or the U.S., or both. The name translates to "melancholy." At the time this wiki was written it is June of 2021, and this artist has stopped releasing music under the 憂鬱 alias, or at least is taking a long break from it.
