Biography
33 Island, a.k.a. 33 Dao, (Chinese: 33岛) is an experimental rock band from Shanghai, China. They released the album 寻找国王 (Searching for the King) in 2007.
The band's vocalist Wu Shanmin, a.k.a. 33 (pronounced "San San"), would later play in other Shanghai bands such as Muscle Snog (formed in 2006), Duck Fight Goose (Chinese: 鸭打鹅; formed in 2009) and Boojii (Chinese: 波激小丝) before going solo as 33EMYBW.
