Biography
Adam Dodson is a musician, producer, visual designer, and human being based in Austin, Texas. Inspired by several genres and mediums, he writes ambient music with a focus on guitar-based looping, immersive soundscapes, and melodic storytelling.
"Music has always been deeply personal — in it, I have found identity, and it has become an extension of language for me. Each song is like a sonic diary, reminding me where I was, physically and emotionally. I’ve learned a lot about myself through melodies, and the thought of someone else, perhaps miles away, having a similar experience while listening to these sounds, gives me a sense of greater purpose."
In 2021 he released his debut album titled "The Risk of Dreaming". He has spent the last years honing his craft, collaborating with musicians around the world, and offering frequent Single and EP releases to showcase his development as an artist and unique voice in the ambient community.
