Ali Shaheed Muhammad (born August 11, 1970) is a rapper/hip-hop artist who enjoyed moderate fame as a member of A Tribe Called Quest. The group consisted of 3 people, Ali, Q-Tip, and Phife Dawg and they released 5 albums. After they disbanded, Ali formed a group called Lucy Pearl. He also released his debut solo album, Shaheedullah and Stereotypes, on October 12, 2004, featuring a cameo by Chip-Fu of the Fu-Schnickens.
