1) Alice, performance name of Italian singer-songwriter Carla Bissi, who has also recorded as Alice Visconti, born in Forlì, Italy, on 26 September 1954, and active since 1965 as a young talent, winner of the 1971 Castrocaro Music Festival, the same year of her first single "Il Mio Cuore Se Ne Va" recorded with her real name before switching in 1975 to her nom de plume with the debut album La Mia Poca Grande Età.
Alice had her breakthrough after winning the Sanremo Music Festival with the song "Per Elisa" in 1981, followed by European hit singles like "Una Notte Speciale", "Il Vento Caldo dell'Estate", "Messaggio", "Chan-son Egocentrique", "Prospettiva Nevski" and "Nomadi" and albums like Capo Nord, Gioielli Rubati , Park Hotel , Elisir and Il Sole nella Pioggia charting in both continental Europe, Scandinavia and Japan.
In 1984 she represented Italy in the Eurovision Song Contest with "I Treni Di Tozeur", a duet with longtime collaborator Franco Battiato.
In her more recent career Alice has explored a diverse range of musical genres including classical, contemporary jazz, electronica and ambient and has collaborated with a large number of renowned musicians, including Giusto Pio, Roberto Cacciapaglia, Phil Manzanera, Tony Levin, Paolo Fresu, Peter Hammill, Steve Jansen, Richard Barbieri, Dave Gregory, Michele Fedrigotti, Mino Di Martino, Danny Thompson, Gavin Harrison, Jakko Jakszyk, Trey Gunn, Mick Karn, Skye, Stefan Waggershausen and many more.
Her latest studio album Weekend was released in 2014, her latest live album Live in Roma in 2016 as her last work in partnership with Franco Battiato.
In 2021 she took part in the live tribute Invito al Viaggio: Concerto Per Franco Battiato, as well as began the live tour Alice Canta Battiato which would last throughout 2022.

Slated to release a full-length album on November 11, 2011, Alice is currently collaborating with numerous amazing performance art groups, photographers, painters, visionaries, etc! to make their release and future events that much more enriched with theirs and their collaborators' visions.

15) ALICE (앨리스) is a rebranding of South Korean girl group ELRIS. It is a seven-member South Korean girlgroup currently under IOK Company. The group consists of Sohee, Do-A (formerly Bella), Yeonjae (formerly Hyeseong), Yukyung, Karin, EJ and Chaejeong. They debuted with "We, First" from their first mini-album WE, first.
On February 26, 2020 they released their 4th mini album JACKPOT with two new members, EJ and Chaejeong.
The group debuted on June 1, 2017, under Hunus Entertainment, as a 5-member girl group. On February 12, 2020, it was announced that EJ and Chaejeong would become members of ELRIS, making it a 7 membered group. The group got transferred to IOK Company on December 1, 2021. On April 11, 2022, they rebranded as ALICE.
