Won't promote this group unless it has Peter Hamm. The drummer took credit and that's enough. Watch Bio on HBO or VH1

It seems all the Badfinger songs playing on Last.fm lately are not the originals but solo and the only one left Joey Molland remixes.

Be a bloody odd reunion crystaltrips, two of em have been dead fro several years. This is a disappointing re-recording rather than the original, or maybe it is the original just tarted up with that 80's sheen and horrible drum sound. i loved the original when it came out

Bad Version is more like it. When the original came out there was a lot of wispering that the Beatles had regrouped under this name to make songs similar to their original releases. Of course it wasn't true but the original sounded so good you wanted to believe it. This is far, far from the original.

I suspect we're all getting different versions of this song: it happens a lot when the tags are identical. Right now I have a very 80s sounding re-recording, which nonetheless doesn't sound like Def Leppard... Perhaps it's a later incarnation of Badfinger rerecording it from one of those horrible reunion albums?

The Beatles wrote the song "Come and Get It" and gave it to Badfinger, hence the very Beatles influenced track, however this is the original. Def Leppard does a good cover, but they didn't write it.

the song that's playing right now does not sound like the original. i suspect whoever said def leppard down there was probably on the right track.

"No Matter What" is a song originally recorded by Badfinger for their album No Dice in 1970, written and sung by Pete Ham and produced by Mal Evans. It was the band's first UK Top 10 single to be composed by Badfinger, reaching #8 on Billboard Hot 100 and #5 in the UK in January 1971.THIS IS THE ORIGINAL VERSION.
