I wouldn't consider body count mainstream.. especially compared to some of the bands on metal archives.

That they aren't on MA is unfortunate. I recognize the sound of fucking metal. "Necessary Evil", "Voodoo", "There Goes the Neighborhood" is "metallic" rather than some groovy rapcore. A few of their songs include some carefully written riffs that aren't typical of punk or hardcore. I've heard hundreds of bands on MA that sound similar. Despite their inclination toward hardcore punk rather than metal, Discharge, Amebix, and other punky bands are among the many on MA.

Born Dead always was my fave, although I haven't really dug enough into the newer albums yet (loved what I've heard so far). Don't know if any of them would top it.

Really? I absolutely loved it, from beginning to end. After the first listen on Spotify I ordered the vinyl.

yeah man, just wasn't feeling some of it for the most part. also wasn't feeling great in general at the time so i definitely need to give it a spin when i'm more focused and generally feeling better. 6 n the morning cover was pretty sweet though. Vinyl? nice! respect to a fellow music supporter

Thanks man. I know it may be a 'hipsterish' thing to do, but I just love the sound of vinyl. Give the record another chance I'd say, but if it doesn't do it for you, it doesn't. No worries there. After a quick glance on your profile, you have a great music taste in general anyway :)

No worries :). Haha nah man I wouldn’t say it was Hipsterish, I get what ya mean though, but Vinyl is the good shit. Only just recently starting to feel better but i will definitely give Carnivore another couple of spins soon to let it sink in. I couldn’t imagine a world where the last 2 albums were killer and then this one wasn’t, it just wouldn’t add up lol. Cheers bro, and likewise! Btw, love the Netherlands Metal scene! You guys over there are too good

Сказывается поговорка талантливый человек талантлив во всём. Хотя это обычный кроссовер, последний релиз качает неплохо.

It's called a JOB & portraying a CHARACTER. "Cop Killer" came out on the BC debut in '92... The SVU show came out in 1999... 7-years later (long-ass time) he can't portray a cop on what (at 20-years now) is tied for the 2nd longest running show, EVER

No he said it's fun to listen to that song & then watch SVU (as though 1 has anything to do with the other)

Could be like... "a little ironic how Ice-T ended up portraying a cop on TV after the CONTROVERSY that Cop Killer stirred up in the late 90s" different context, smarter comment...

I wonder how long it took Ice T to come up with the lyrics for "Body Count's in the House?" Such a lyrical masterpiece.
