Biography
Capeman is a Dutch rockband which is led by Darko Tadic. After trading his drumsticks in for a guitar and a mic, he was finally able to create the songs he had in his head for some time. After recording a demo by himself, he was able to persuade Sin Banovic to come play drums. In return, Sin brought along bassplayer Martin van Lier with whom he had just played on the Lowlands festival.
As "The Darko", this threepiece opened numerous gigs and played several festivals. But with this fresh experience, they felt that better things were possible, that their songs needed some extra dimensions and some more edginess. Enter soundscape man Ymer Kneijnsberg.
With the ability to really rock hard and freak out, a new name need to represent this new identity: Capeman.
Their debut album is finished now. National radio has already played their singles and they are steadily becoming well known through their live reputation
