Biography
There are multiple artists with this name:
1) Comrades was formed as a musical entity in February 2008 in Richmond, Virigina, with their first release, Safekeeper, a studio album, that was released on May 6, 2014, from Blood and Ink Records.
Their members are husband and wife, Joe, a guitarist, and Laura McElroy, a vocalist and bassist. Unclean vocalist and drummer, Ben Trussell, announced on June 25, 2017 that he has decided to amicably part ways with the band and work on a solo musical project called BJORN. Currently, former Life in Your Way and Conveyer drummer John Gaskill is filling in.
The band played Facedown Fest 2016 for Facedown Records. Their second album, Lone/Gray, was released via Facedown Records on October 7, 2016. And another called was released on June 7, 2019.
On June 11, 2021, Laura McElroy released her solo album, titled Slow Medicine. Then, in January of 2023, Comrades announced their disbandment through their Facebook and Instagram pages.
2) Legendary Italian Grindcore/Noise band from Rome of the 1990s.
3) A collective from Lancaster & Allentown in Pennsylvania, USA. Formed in 2008.
They mix crust, punk, ska and lots of other styles in their music.
4) A band of friends from Bristol that mostly consist of Devil Sold His Soul members
