WON'T HE DO IT is Conway the Machine’s third studio album released via Drumwork Musix Group, following up his February 2022 album, God Don’t Make Mistakes.
Conway first revealed the album’s title following the release of God Don’t Make Mistakes, via an interview with StockX, where he stated:
“The next tape is Won’t He Do It.“
After keeping quiet about the album’s existence for some time, on February 24, 2023, Conway released the album’s lead single, “Super Bowl” with Sauce Walka, featuring Juicy J. That same day, it was announced that Won’t He Do It would be released on March 31, 2023.
On March 18, 2023, a fan posted a photo of a poster of all of the upcoming projects being released under the Drumwork label, with this project being released in April 2023. The poster also revealed both a Drumwork group album and an upcoming sequel to Won’t He Do It, which will also see a release in April of next year.
On April 7, 2023, Conway released the album’s second and third singles, “Quarters” and “Brucifix” featuring Westside Gunn.
