Biography

1. Darklight was an experimental ambient project from Hungary, with its roots in the industrial metal scene. The man behind this act is Tamás Kátai, who's also part of the bands Thy Catafalque, Gire, Gort and Towards Rusted Soil. Darklight does no longer exist, as Kátai Tamás, apart from his band appearances, is now active under his own name.
2. DarkLight is a gothic / progressive metal project from Minsk (Belarus). It was started by Max Grim in 2003 year. Early songs are in acoustic / doom style, witch were playing by whole band. After band's deformation first DIY album, participated by poetic writer Olga Zlotnikova, was released. In 2005 Denis Denisenko joined in the band and few songs were written in 2006. In period of 2006-2007 were written tracks for second album "A Half Man".
3. DarkLight is from Brooklyn, NY and is part of the World Wide DJs group, famous for their mixtapes, remixes, mashups and bootlegs. After a break, the name was relaunched in 2009 and from January 2011, active in publishing fresh material in it's website: http://www.darklight808.com and http://facebook.com/iamdarklight. DarkLight produces both audio and videos for his releases.
