Dave Gregory was the lead guitarist of the band XTC, from their second album until leaving the band during the production of "Apple Venus". He was initially invited to join, just before the recording of 'Drums and Wires', after keyboardist Barry Andrews left.
Since leaving XTC, he has worked as a session guitarist for various bands, including Martin Newell, Peter Gabriel and Aimee Mann, as well as producing his own covers of well-known rock songs.
