I liked it from the beginning, but kept growing on me (also thanks to the live performance 😍 ) True, some songs I keep forgetting about, sadly, but the ones I keep remembering and majestic, each in a different way. Hurricanes and You Don't Need a God easily marched into my absolute all-time Dido top 10 faves 😉 The album is no Safe Trip Home, but it more than does the job ❤️

It's a compliment for the modern pop music even if it's not her most powerful record, it's great anyway. I still give it some plays and now the whole record is slowly growing up on me. P.S. Walking By is awesome

disappointing low effort album - like where even are any synths/violin/good beats that made life for rent/no angel so amazing. It's like she's been writing these songs in her spare time over the last 5 years and then recorded them on a sofa with a warm cup of tea - that's what I imagine listening to this lol. I've been her biggest fan since 2003, but this album is meh - please try abit harder Dido, this is quite upsetting for people who have been waiting for this fpr 5 years

By the way, I really want to give a chance to 'What Am I Doing Here' which is on the Japanese version as a bonus track. I may see you there. ;)

Well, I am quite disappointed. I was really expecting an album built on 'Hurricanes'. It is the most emotional, deepest and profound pick on the album. I was so ready to listen to dark, stormy and 'Hurricanes'-based tracks but after 'Give You Up' there is a slight change. It becomes irrelevant for me somehow. I cannot feel it after 'You Don't Need a God'. I really love the beats and the dynamics of 'Take You Home' but unfortunately it did not touch me. 'Still on My Mind' is the peak of the album. The keys and the rhythmics of it are amazing. I smiled on 'Mad Love' and left a bittersweet taste in my mouth. It's cute. 'Walking By' just passed me by unfortunately while 'Friends' and 'Chances' were giving me goosebumps and made me feel somehow better and positive for some reason. Overall, I am disappointed. I was expecting some deep, sad, very emotional, slow songs like on 'Safe Trip Home' because that's like my most favorite of all Dido albums. I cry on it every time I listen to it.
