All of the External Links here are incorrect and pointing to the wrong band. Dope is not "wegotthedope" and that's none of their social media accounts. How can that be fixed?

Discovered those guys through Dead World and the sound is kinda like american Girugamesh which is kinda cool

I like the new album but it is still nowhere near their early stuff. Industrial as a whole has little representation these days though, so anything coming out is good

I was about to make a comment this album feels very bitter. It was "no regrets" in 2010 and there's loads of regrets now.

One of their best songs? The lyrics sound like Edsel just strung together every meaningless cliche he could think of and turned it into a song. "We live and learn," "life goes on," "I believe in love." It seriously sounds like a bad high school graduation speech, or a horrible "inspirational" hit from a 1990s girl group. It would almost work as a parody, but I'm pretty sure he's dead serious and thinks he's sharing insightful life lessons.

Can we get an image without Tripp in it? Just want that pedophile piece of shit out of the band's otherwise great image

Dope first albums into industrial metal are good to me, instead of that numetal core feeling they've got sometimes now

nah the first two albums sounds more like ministry or rob zombie's shit but everything from there I would definitely agree with you

A new album with only 7 songs and almost all were unveiled in singles? I expected a Blood Money part 2

I enjoy all the new singles.. except Misery. Generic radio rock single that's just boring. Believe despite "not sounding like Dope" is catchy and has a good synth hook. Dive is probably the best single so far and very much in line with the bands attitude like Fuck It Up.

Well, they haven't released anything interesting for a long time. Since 2010, they have simply become that group whose songs just fit the soundtrack of any game, like a race. My opinion

black people still have to take off their protective hairstyles for work and school and get discriminated for it. Also they get shamed for their natural hair. They have "to straighten it because it looks more professional". It's all rooted in racism. I'm not saying people can't wear these hairstyles, like go ahead but you're gonna face consequences. Like yt ppl who self tan, they're gonna get skin cancer, along with their hair falling off for wearing black hairstyles

I think you're misunderstanding me. Their hairstyles are to better manage their hair. Do research on their hair. It's really curly and maintain their hair by doing many things. Their hairstyles are not only historical because they braided escape routes from plantations when they were enslaved, but because its their culture that only meant for their hair type because it's so curly.

Believe sounds nothing like Dope. At least we got Fuck It Up that's like the one good song from both Blood Money albums so far

They should do a tour with Grope (legit artist, they're groove metal). The Dope and Grope Tour!

Decent album, but nothing spectacular this time. They played their formula with a very little innovation, mostly electronic elements. Not much stands up after the first listen.

Virus isn't on many of these songs (think he was considering moving on from Dope) so Edsel had to make due with some less talented players... do all the writing himself... I asked him before it came out... Like "Is this the best Dope record to date..." & he didn't bullshit me. He was just like "That's for you to decide... we both were in agreement that No Regrets displayed the band at their best in terms of just their crazy, fun style with the musicianship & everything on full-display, full-blast... so-to-speak..." To me that's the best one... then I'd say Group Therapy followed by American Apathy. Then Life / Blood Money towards the lower half... F & R is by far my least favorite. If Virus is more involved on BM2 I think that may be a much better release. It was just nice to have them put something out after 6 years but it was one of those albums that neither advanced nor regressed the band. Just served as a place-holder

I thought Blood Money was great (Not as good as No Regrets). My least favorite is Group Therapy. Soft, bland and the band had seemed to have lost their direction. Falling Away, Bitch, Paranoia and Burn are good songs but the band has done so much better.
