The Best In The World Pack is a two-track single that celebrates the Toronto Raptors' victory in the 2019 NBA Finals over the Golden State Warriors, which marks the first championship in the organization’s history. They won the series in six games, which is poetic given Drake and Toronto’s relationship with the number.
The project serves as Drake’s first official release since his June 2018 album, Scorpion. Its two-track nature is also reminiscent of his January 2018 release, Scary Hours.
As a global ambassador for the Raptors organization, Drake hinted to fans that new music would come in the event of their victory, and he ultimately announced the imminent release of the two tracks following the team’s historic triumph.
The project notably boasts a sole feature from Drake’s longtime collaborator, Rick Ross.
