Soy Luna (I'm Luna) is a Disney Channel Latin America musical telenovela. It premiered on March 14, 2016 in Latin America, and finished its run after three seasons with the 220th and last episode airing on August 17, 2018. Soy Luna was first rumored to be Violetta's spin-off, however, Soy Luna is a different show with very little ties to Violetta. The series was filmed in Cancún, Mexico and later in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
'Luna lives with her family in Cancun, where she has a group of friends at school. However, her life changes when her parents receive an offer of work and must move to Buenos Aires, Argentina.'
