Nostalgia is a triumphant return to form. They brought back both the speed and production values of their glory days, just what Zenith was lacking which made it such a lackluster album imo. Some of the Zenith vibes are still left intact here, but they work so much better this time around with the return of their old trademark sound. In a way Nostalgia feels like the missing link between From Beyond and Zenith. Had it been released in 2017 or so, Z would've made a lot more sense to me. Now Z remains an odd misstep amidst their discography, one that I won't miss. Enforcer completely turned back around, redeemed themselves and won my trust back. Nostalgia rocks!

Agree, had kinda written them off after Zenith and usually bands don't turn it back around. Glad to be proven wrong! Loving Nostalgia.

Ikr. On one hand I always support bands evolving and trying out new styles, but too often I find that bands lose their plot altogether. I wonder how Enforcer feels about Zenith now. Maybe they also felt it was the wrong direction in the end.

Zenith is so underrated. I hope ppl realize how good that record is after almost 4 years of its release

Zenith was always good. I want Die for the Devil to overtake Destroyer as Enforcers opening song.

The band introduced a more commercial sounding hair metal influence with Zenith. I wasn't a fan of that sound when it was popular and I certainly don't care for Enforcer's spin on it. Sure there are a couple of good songs but taken as a whole, there are plenty of filler tracks which I could never say about them before.

Coming Alive was the strongest track on Nostalgia, the rest is Zenith part 2, more Meh.

You know, I like Zenith, it's pretty solid. Not sure I want Enforcer to continue that direction, though.

"Kiss Of Death" absolutely smokes! Enforcer has returned to form with it, so has the production values. It sounds like something straight off Death By Fire. Hopefully we can expect more of that and less of Zenith coming up.

Zenith is the shit. My friend jokes that it's Enforcer's best album that's Diamonds but ya it's awesome Speed Glam xD

Kinda like Zenith... Started to wonder if Zenith is their worst, then I can't imagine how good their whole discography would be

Need to listen a bit more before judging it, but seems they've really dialed up the cheese factor... only Thunder and Hell jumped out to me as holding a candle to anything on previous albums.

Anyone else who wasn't able to give Zenith even a single proper full listen? I've stopped after track four or so because I was simply bored at that point. I'm undecided with regard to whether or not I should give it another try.

Zenith has broken all Enforcer "rules". I used to be confused, but this album still growing on me.

Just finished "Zenith" and at first listen I've gotta say it's disappointing. Four years of waiting for this rather uncohesive rock opera thing or whatever it is. Not quite my bag to be honest.

Without a doubt one of the best bands in metal. Diamonds and From Beyond are must own albums!

I like Death by Fire and it is in my play list, it just isn't my goto Enforcer album. The first time I heard From Beyond I wasn't so hot on it but the more I played it the more I caught different pieces of musical genius that I missed on the previous listen. For example notice the subtle disco drumming during the title track From Beyond? Genius. The way Mask of Red Death keeps adding layers to the song to a brilliant crescendo in the end. The track that took me the longest to warm up to was Banshee, those first few listens I just couldn't get into the initial 30 seconds but I left the album in my car and played it straight through and after a few more plays I really started to get into that song. So if anyone isn't immediately into every song on that album after a listen or two I get it but stick with it it's a brilliant well written album and I love the flow from track to track, it just all works so well together,
