Using vintage synths, Faten Kanaan slowly builds songs inspired by cinematic forms: from sweeping landscapes & quiet love stories, to the patterned tension of 1970s horror film scores. She focuses on bringing a human touch to electronic music, highlighting the relationship between man, nature, & machine: the drifting of time, dystopic grittiness, and the bittersweet but hopeful sense of nostalgia.
