This seems to refer to rekindling desire within a relationship that has become stale. The imagery of fire beforehand reinforces this.
“All girls want kandy” = “We all need something sweet”
The overarching sentiment of the song seems to be about the pragmatism of being in a romantic relationship: that every person can and will be tempted by others but that forgiveness/acceptance of that humanity is the sustaining fuel.
The narrator is being comforted by the other “she” which seems to imply that there is an acceptance that desire will fade and be sought elsewhere.
