Massive leap from Forbidden Evil and one of the best Thrash albums of all time.

After I'd fallen in love with Forbidden Evil, I couldn't get through TIF because of this more progressive approach that was hard to digest for me. But I managed to struggle through the album a few times and now I gush over the perfection of these riffs and compositions and place it among the best thrash records ever, it's soooo fucking good

Commercial?? This is one of the best Bay-Area thrash albums ever! If you're knocking this of all records then I really have no idea what it takes to satisfy you.

I finally got a copy of this one. I want to say Forbidden Evil is my favorite, but honestly I can't stop listening to this one instead. It's a masterpiece!

Talk about your all time great metal songwriting! I got turned on to these guys when Forbidden Evil came out, and though I completely loved that record, on balance Twist Into Form is a more cohesive and exceptional recording in my opinon. I was very lucky to see them in my home berg during this era. One of my great memories!

A blatant attempt at commercial success. Enigma had just been bought up by a major label, and Forbidden was given an opportunity for MTV appearances. The results speak for themselves. There is some cool stuff on here....the title track is a masterpiece. But others were just a bit too commercial for my taste.
