Combining soulful singing, piano playing , and a screeching guitar solo in under 3 minutes has made this song a favorite of many Zappa fans. The seemingly funny and pointless lyrics propel the song and give it a sing-along atmosphere, but the lyrics are actually Zappa's comments on racial disharmony. The song was co-written by Zappa and pianist George Duke, and features the Ike-ettes (including Tina Turner) on backing vocals.
