“We Don’t Trust You” marks the introduction of Metro Boomin and Future’s long awaited collaboration album, WE DON’T TRUST YOU. Both titles pay homage to Metro Boomin’s infamous tagline voiced by Future, which dates back to an August 2015 studio session.
The track was revealed alongside the trailer for WE DON’T TRUST YOU on March 8, 2024 and was spotted at the top of a whiteboard tracklist later that day.
