I'm a huge GNR fan, and although I can see why this song is here and why it is important (seriously, this song is a pretty accurate example of how fucked up Axl's life and feelings were back in early 90's, for better or worse), I have to say that I'm not keen on it, and if I'm playing UYI II loud on my stereo, I definitely stop the album before this starts. So, I like it? Hm, no. It should be where it is on the album? Definitely, yes.

For me, the Use Your Illusion double LP ends with Axl's climatic final notes in You Could Be Mine. I press stop after that so I don't have to hear the following two tracks; a reworded (and inferior) Don't Cry and the embarrassment that is My World. Way to ruin what had been a monumental 2.5 hours of rock.

so this is either axl's first attempt to make an industrial song or he secretly wants to be rapper.

"It has to be admitted that putting this song on the end of UYI II kept the album from being superb. It should be forbidden to end a playlist that contains songs as Breakdown, Locomotive and most of all Estranged, with something like this. Endings are always the very essential part of music after all." I'm usually one of the first to defend Axl Rose on most issues but I completely agree with this, the last track for me is the most important track on the album and this song is god damn awful joke or no joke.

It's not even a song, it's an extended outro. to me it's also one of the highlights on the rather poor UYI2...
