Yeah, such bullshit, that is exactly the sort of comment that makes a lot of people classify progressive rock listeners elitists and why the genre drives some people away. Too many people use complicated music as a fucking virtual penis to establish themselves an intelligentsia-insider appearance and raise their self-esteem over the "general masses". General appreciation to playfulness can easily be enough to enjoy progressive music. I am the ultimate proof, if the genre was only for the intelligent i'd have no fucking business listening it.

I can't help but think of Cockroach by Sleepytime Gorilla Museum. The sound is very similar. I'm pretty sure STGM influenced them, especially for this song!
