    6:13

Usually seen as one of the more depressing songs on Have a Nice Life's Deathconsciousness', speaking quite literally about the want for death. "Burial Society’s" lyrics follow the same theme:

"As I crane my neck to an emptiness (better than knowing nothing at all)
I feel in my chest (I know I know myself)
Cut my wrists, slit my throat, take this body and string it up
Cause I’ll never know"

However, “Burial Society” in general is far less drowned out than “I Don’t Love”.

The indecision on the narrator’s part can partly be explained by the some of the Bible’s more hopeful bits.
