Introducing a new pathway to their career, “LOVE DIVE” is a cute pop track that showcases the sweet sides of IVE, as it is a part of their second single-album of the same name.
“LOVE DIVE” contains a modern electronic-pop track to fuse within the girls seductive vocals. Lyrically, the song is about teasing and boasting to one about their charms, and simply trying to say that you both are the perfect match. The song also has a connection with the Greek myth of Narcissus and Echo.
The song is IVE’s most successful release to date, as it earned four awards including, Mnet’s MAMA award for “Song of The Year,” Asia Artist awards “Song of The Year” plus Golden Disc and Melon Music’s “Song of The Year” award. Additionally, the music video for the song garnished 204 million views in just a year.
