"Solo" is a reggae influenced pop/rnb song performed by British Virgin Islands recording artist Iyaz. It was the second single released from his first and only album, titled 'Replay', and he released it on 8 June 2010. The single was produced by J. R. Rotem and written by August Rigo, and it samples the melody from Janet Jackson's 1993 single "Again". Although not quite reaching the same success as prior Iyaz tune "Replay", "Solo" was a top 40 hit in multiple countries and was eventually certified gold by the RIAA.
