“GOD DON’T LIKE UGLY!” is the sixth track of the “OFFLINE” release of JPEGMAFIA’s fourth studio album LP!.
The title makes reference to Mary Monroe’s novel God Don’t Like Ugly, a book Peggy had previously mentioned in the breakout track “the 27 club” from his debut album black ben carson.
The instrumental for the track samples Thomas Whitfield’s “Psalms”, and was originally previewed in HTBAR 4 as “the lord pt. 2”. It shares its sample with “BBW”, released on his 2019 album All My Heroes Are Cornballs, as well as “The Lord Pt. 3”, which was included on the All My Heroes Are Cornballs Director’s Cut from the Mystery USB.
