Slightly remastered and with uncleared samples removed, Leak 04-13 (Bait Ones) is the official release of Jai Paul's leaked, constructed studio album. In April 2013, a collection of unfinished songs were released on Bandcamp, claiming to be the debut album from British singer-songwriter Jai Paul, when in fact, these were leaks released without his permission. In one single moment, Paul's career was crushed, ripped into shreds, while quick cooperation from Bandcamp and PayPal attempted to mend the leak, it was much too late.
After the leak, Jai Paul disappeared from the music industry to grieve for his losses. With only two official releases to his name, Paul easily became one of the most enigmatic artists in recent music history. 6 years later, Jai reappeared, officially releasing the 2013 leaks on streaming services as 'Leak 04-13 (Bait Ones)' along with two more official singles.
