Joni Mitchell Archives, Vol. 3: The Asylum Years (1972-1975) is the third instalment in the Joni Mitchell Archives series, scheduled to be released on October 6th, 2023 by Elektra / Asylum Records. It follows the release of The Asylum Albums (1972-1975) in 2022, a remastered collection of the four albums she released under Asylum Records from 1972 to 1975. Serving as a companion to that release, Joni Mitchell Archives, Vol. 3 features demos and live recordings of the material written for these albums, including early demos of her most commercially successful songs like Help Me and Free Man in Paris.
This next instalment in the JMA series was announced on August 17th with the release of Help Me (Court and Spark Demo).
