Archy Marshall, aka King Krule, has often referred to his issues with depression and insomnia in his lyrics. During this coolly reassuring song he says there's nothing wrong with being down because time will heal everything.

Marshall told Q magazine: "That's probably the first song I've written with it really clearly in mind. It was mainly for myself. I was in a good place, I think, and I was looking back on super low points and darkness and admiring it in the sense of how beautiful life can be in terms of its ups and its downs.

If you can survive through periods like that, you know, you've proved yourself. You build on your character and you prove to yourself that you're strong. So I guess it was like a message. Just being like, yo man, it's alright to feel s–t and it won't last and you can get out of it."

The song samples "Never Had A Dream" by Ohio Players from their 1972 album, Pain.
