"Dealer" is about someone who is trying to end a relationship with someone who is not being dependable and not giving anything back. The singer is asking the other person not to try and find them through their dealers, or their doctor, and is lamenting the fact that their father hasn't been home for years. The chorus repeats the message that the singer has given the other person everything and is not willing to give anything more because the other person always never gives anything in return. The outro reinforces this message, mentioning being blocked when trying to call and all circuits being busy, goodbye. The song is ultimately a warning to people not to take advantage of others and to be mindful of their own actions.
It is the ninth track of Lana Del Rey's eighth studio album, Blue Banisters. The song features vocals from Miles Kane.
